Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Indianapolis-Downtown, Indianapolis

Every Embassy Suites employee I encountered was amazing. Needed to switch rooms because of construction noise - no problem, it was handled quickly without an issue. Needed a late check out time for Sunday since my son was racing in the evening and he needed to eat and sleep before finals - once again, no problem. Wished my son good luck. It was all the little things like wishing my kid good luck that made the experience better than I expected it to be. Now I need to let Embassy Suites higher-ups know directly just how great their staff were during our stay.

Liked: The hotel is currently under renovations but the staff do an amazing job keeping the noise and dust from construction to a minimum.
Disliked: I expected the rowdy Big 10 Championship fans to be very loud when they returned but the staff once again did an amazing job in controlling the situation for us swim parents.

Hotel great; room great; breakfast great; happy hour great. It was perfect location and everyone was so helpful!

Liked: I love ever about this location. First time staying at embassy suites ...the staff were impeccable. I loved the happy hour and the 2 free complimentary drinks. The room was spacious and clean . The entire facility was everything and more

Liked: The breakfast was very good especially omelet and made to order area. Long line to get it though. Bed restroom were very nice
Disliked: The hotel was down to one working elevator for the entire hotel.The other 3 did not work. Have a hip that needs replaced next month and we were forced to walk down the stairs from floor 17 level to have our breakfast since it was a 30 minute wait for the only elevator. They did not give us any partial credit for this inconvenience.The couch part of the was very dated and smelled like smoke

Liked: The free breakfast was really good with an omelette station. The location was perfect for walking to all restaurants and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Disliked: Make sure you pay for your parking when leaving other than adding it to your room charge. If you pay when leaving, you only pay for the actual time. If you add cost to your room they charge per day whether or not it was a full 24 hrs. Example: we paid $56 when leaving garage apposed to $88 which would have been added to our room.

Liked: The front desk greeted us and was very pleasant. Although we couldn’t check in at that time (we were very early), he offered to take our bags and keep them until we returned for check in a little later. The room was very clean.
Disliked: Pricey but I’d still stay there again.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Half of the elevators were out of service. So the elevators that were in service were extremely busy so waiting to go down my of taken upwards of 15 minutes. So we chose to use the stairs and found that the doors were locked on each level no allowing us to exit on the main level. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. Off of the ceiling from not having proper ventilation. Floor was not swept clean food under the edge of tables. Pull out sofa bed was broken.
