Definitely stay here if you're attending a concert at the Mark Smith Hall!

Liked: Clean; staff were friendly.

Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. Location was right next door to our event. Never even had to walk outside to get to it. Hotel is very well maintained.

Liked: I've always enjoyed staying at an Embassy Suites. The rooms are always nice and clean. Although management was accommodating I was a little disapointed that my room was not ready. After waiting 1/2 hour after my arrival the room requested was not ready.

The room was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and so friendly that we wanted to hang out with them. The only complaint we had was at 10:45 P.M. - there were 6 boys who appeared to be between the ages of 5-8 playing hockey outside our room (with a hockey goal and everything). Not sure where their parents were but I opened our door (301) and asked them to go back to their room. That was very unpleasant. Everything else was great!

Disliked: Children playing in the hallway at 10:45 p.m.

Disliked: Dirty sheets on the bed had to change room it was noisy the second night. I don't think customers should pay for parking, and the gates were up the whole time

Great hotel, connected to event...

Liked: Our room was so spacious and clean! We also had an air purifier that we plugged in and I could tell a big difference when it was on. The breakfast was TOP NOTCH! The cook making the omletes was amazing and the breakfast bar was truly one of the best I've ever had! The staff in every aspect of our stay was phenomenal! Dani who checked us in was the sweetest lady and was SO infomative. We loved how the hotel was connected to the even center (we did not know that when booking) so that was such a great surprise. The 2 free drinks and snacks for "happy hour" was also a wonderful surprise! Just an all around great stay! The hotel is really pretty and well kept and we will DEFINITELY be back!!
Disliked: The only things and they are very minor was 1 of 3 elevators was not working... (which happens) not a big deal. Our room was a "pure" room and was suppose to have coconut water and a snack which were not in the room. Like I said not a big deal just something I noticed.
