Definitely stay here if you're attending a concert at the Mark Smith Hall!

Liked: Clean; staff were friendly.

Staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. Location was right next door to our event. Never even had to walk outside to get to it. Hotel is very well maintained.

Liked: I've always enjoyed staying at an Embassy Suites. The rooms are always nice and clean. Although management was accommodating I was a little disapointed that my room was not ready. After waiting 1/2 hour after my arrival the room requested was not ready.

The room was wonderful. The staff was very courteous and so friendly that we wanted to hang out with them. The only complaint we had was at 10:45 P.M. - there were 6 boys who appeared to be between the ages of 5-8 playing hockey outside our room (with a hockey goal and everything). Not sure where their parents were but I opened our door (301) and asked them to go back to their room. That was very unpleasant. Everything else was great!

Disliked: Children playing in the hallway at 10:45 p.m.

Disliked: Queen room was suppose to be king. Had to get that changed. Ate in dining room, had to ask for our check three times. Coffee was out for breakfast. For the price and extra for parking, this wouldnt be my choice next trip.

Great stay!

Liked: The staff were terrific and the room was very clean. It was super close to our convention and we were able to take the skyway to the convention center.
Disliked: There were renovations going on so it was a bit loud, and since our room was recently renovated the mattress was hard as a rock.

Liked: Everything was excellent during my stay. Will continue to stay at this hotel when visiting Huntsville and plan to check out other locations throughout my visits to other places.
