Liked: DJ was very kind and helpful.
Disliked: i never received room service the entire stay. i had to call and call to get more tissue, then i had to run out to stop the lady and she just handed me the roll. bartender was rude also, i did not get any of my free drinks. parking is terrible. and on my last day i saw a roach in my room.

Disliked: Facility had issues with A/C. Room was warmer than usual. Nevertheless, DJ and Cynthia were very kind and helpful. Room 309 was in great quiet zone. Thanks

Liked: location was good
Disliked: my room was hot all the time. i had it serviced and improved some but not really. i am never too hot but I turned the AC down to 60 every night and always was awaken by being too hot.

Bad

Disliked: While parked overnight in your lot, my truck was broken into and the drivers-side rear window broken. An internal form was filled out by your staff, but I was not given a copy (I did request a copy). It was stated that the break-in occurred at 1:05 am, and the property guard happened along while the truck alarm was blaring. The guard said the thief then ran to a nearby hotel parking lot, where he had a get-away vehicle parked. I'm unaware of any sort of interaction with the police. I was told that this is a common occurrence at this property. I experienced a +$300 charge for window repair and lost several hours of valuable work time. I was never contacted by property management about this criminal event.
