Liked: Our other hotel we booked fell below our standards. They had renovations and were randomly shutting off the water. We cancelled our reservation there and were immediately accommodated by embassy staff... specifically Suzzy. Suzzy hooked it up and got us adjoining room. She is an amazing brand ambassador. Thank you Suzzy for helping us out. Very appreciative

Liked: Very fancy and vacation feeling.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The room was big enough for the family and has the basic amenity’s.
Disliked: It should have food available for more hours.

Liked: Breakfast and was quiet
Disliked: No channel guide in room and wifi code given was accurate Wifi wasn't great

Liked: I loved the way the property looked ! It was beautiful!!

It was overall great and...

Liked: I think the weekend breakfast should be a little longer. I loved our room although a few lamps didn’t work it wasn’t a big deal.
Disliked: I didn’t like having to limit pool time and make a reservation before hand. I get the point but from a convenience perspective we only had so much extra time.
