Liked: The FRESH omelet bar and cook was a Delight! the only good thing about this stay!
Disliked: The room, was dirty. Black dirt like particles all over the bathroom floor behind the door. The carpet was stained in several places. The sofa which they considered a second bed (was not) was horrible and hard as a rock. The windows were screwed shut (fire hazard I would think) the air did NOT work and it was hot as hell in the room. The combination of excessive heat, no air flow aided to the unpleasant room smell upon entering. We were told they could only have air or heat and because it was 72 out now it was expected to snow again in a few days, the heat would remain. Many people were upset and angry about this, especially when heat rises in a stagnate poor circulated environment. With a large capacity of people. It will prevent me from staying in the future. there was NO notice to this prior to booking.The walk up breakfast was cold and under done. Gross. The Made to cook omelet breakfast and Chef was AMAZING! the only great thing about the entire stay!I would rate this at a 1 to two stars at best... The afternoon staff at check in were pleasant and kind.

Liked: They let me do a very late check-in , the beds are comfortable , the outside facade hides the amazing interior design , it felt like being at a resort
Disliked: The pillows were too soft for my liking

Liked: Property right beside the highway and the noise was awful. Neither of us had a good sleep. Not a great start for the day when you are doing a road trip! My advice is to book elsewhere. Bar service was also very poor. The person working on the bar was supposed to bring down our dinner "to-go" when it arrived. 4 minutes later I went up to check if the boxed meal that arrived to the bar area was my order and it was confirmed that it was. I was given the boxes and no offer of knives/forks was given. The meals now were Luke warm, the chicken sandwich had become soggy due to sitting in the box too long. Even when giving the order, the person did not give me full attention and was talking to someone while I was giving my order yet when I initially was giving my order I was told that she was in the middle of cashing in an order and to wait as she began to talk to the person regarding their order. On payment I was automatically charged 18% service charge - tip. I wasn't asked if I wanted to give a tip or not. If I had the answer would have definitely been no. When getting our complementary drinks, we ordered soft drinks, which were given to us in small plastic cups. Wine and strong alcohol was also offered and I'm quite sure that none of these would have been offered in a small plastic cup. Breakfast was reasonable. Spoke to reception on leaving. Not a lot of sympathy there either. Again my advice is stay well clear.
