I'd recommend...

Liked: The hotel is beautiful! The staff was nice & attentive whenever possible. The free breakfast was great! The food was fresh & the fruit was delicious! They also offer a free happy hour allowing guests of age to enjoy 2 drinks of choice on the house
Disliked: I didn't like the checkout time being so early. I understand the hotel is large & they have to get folks out in order to allow new guests in, but 11 am is a push.I also think they need to provide more handicap spots in the front & add handicapped spots onto the back lot.The beds are not the worst nor are they the best. The beds are a bit firm for my comfort, but the pillows are superb! The pool is a little small & can be consumed with kids. Maybe an adult pool & a separate family pool would be ideal

It was ok...

Liked: The desk staff and kitchen staff were great. The bfast was amazing. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: the manager happy hour could use better snacks. The hot tub was closed so kinda bummed. Housekeeping came telling me it was time to leave at 9:30am when check out was at 11am which I didn't really appreciate as I shouldn't have been disturbed until like 10:45am at the earliest since I paid $170+ dollars.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: I felt the layout for breakfast was not well organized, not enough tables to eat at, tables setting with dirty dishes while people were looking for one to sit at.Stingy on supplies in room. I would not stay here again for the price. Will go to Drury inn or comfort inn & suites
Disliked: See my reply in the question above. Really the only thing we liked were the comfortable beds and the location.

Liked: Very large room. Clean. Connected to the convention center.
Disliked: Overpriced. Only had 3 elevators for 16 floors. The restaurant is right in middle of the lobby.
