Lovely clean hotel. Comfy beds; loved the room layout featuring two rooms. Breakfast was very good, and staff was very attentive. Location of hotel is great!

Great experience; love that most places are walking distance and staff was really nice.

Liked: I loved the customer service and the texting. Texting to enquire about our stay and if anything was needed was really convenient and fast. Rooms were also beautiful and I loved the dual space one room to sleep, one room to relax.
Disliked: The vending machines sucked - two items were stuck and we did not get to eat them because I was not going to spend an extra $3 dollars for chips and cookies.

The room was lovely and the temperature was perfect. We also used the gym and had a scrumptious breakfast made to order. Our linens were soft and room was spotless.

Liked: The evening drinks were delicious and the staff was very professional. The food was just the right amount prior to the event.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices to start the day right. From the warm hospitality to the excellent amenities, everything exceeded our expectations.

Liked: great for an “A” game
Disliked: tried to check in at 4:10 and was told room was not ready. ask again at 5:30 as we hadn’t heard back. Room still wasn’t ready so changed room type and adjusted the price which was the correct way to handle the situation.

Liked: Location was close to Sutter Health ball park. Easy to walk to within 5-10 minutes.Breakfast selection was good - was even able to take tray back to room to eat. The staff that was cleaning was very friendly and attentive.Enjoyed having extra living room space with couch and another tv.Bathroom was big and clean.
Disliked: Found a dirty underwear in one of the cabinets.Pool was small and strong smell of chlorine.Limited equipment in exercise room.Valet parking overnight was expensive $45. Would have liked option to self park for less.Manager's reception, only offered alcoholic drinks, we're not drinkers. Need more variety.
