Liked: The gentleman at the reception desk at check in, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, welcoming and exceptional in all facets. I would stay there again just to converse with this gentleman again. Unfortunately I did not catch his name as I was exhausted from driving, but he was tall and wore "round" glasses. He is an asset to your company and should be used to train others in his position at ALL of your facilities.
Disliked: The bathroom door of our room was heavily damaged and did not close properly. But the room was exceptional.

Liked: The breakfast was good. It was comfortable
Disliked: I did not like that we had to exit the building in the middle of the night. Because someone pulled the fire alarm and broke my rest after driving a good distance.

Liked: The location was good. The breakfast was okay, I remember it being better in the Embassy Suites hotel located in New York.
Disliked: The rooms could be cleaned everyday. The air conditioner leaked badly in my room.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Made to order omelets we're great.
Disliked: Musty smell with mold on doors and walls. Bought a can of Lysol to spray room. AC was dripping from ceiling onto the floor in a puddle. When I told the man at the desk that I had to put a towel on the floor to catch the water, he told me "good deal". As if that was the right way to take care of it.

Liked: Very comfortable, i loved the stay.
Disliked: Everything went good, except 2 days later i see i have an extra charge on my card, I’ve been calling them for 2 days and can’t get anyone on the phone.
