Liked: The food was great
Disliked: I was in my room and one of the staff members were peeking through the room, instead of knocking on the door to see if anyone was still there. I felt highly uncomfortable…The jacuzzi was cold and not hot.

Liked: Everything was perfect.
Disliked: Booking.Com screwed up the reservation. The reservation's name was under my friend's name. NOT mine. After booking another room under MY name, hours later I realized the reservation was under my friend's name. Then I could NOT cancel the reservation since your phone number was so busy. I tried non-stop for about 1.5 hours with the same busy signal. I will NOT be using Booking.com site for any future hotel reservations because of your continued incompetence handling my reservations.

Accommodating Staff and clean

Liked: Staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi were clean & nice. The security was nice as well, let the kids get a little extra time in the water before adult hour started. The breakfast was good and the vibe was amazing. Loved the complimentary drinks, amazing Bartender. Front desk staff were all sweet as hell! Reviews made me scared but honestly the hotel is a great place to stay.
Disliked: The waiting to use the pool and the outside smoking accommodations , would have loved to have an area close to entrance but not as close due to me being someone who doesn’t like to smoke around children.
