Liked: The location was well positioned for my trip.
Disliked: As soon as I walked in the room it smelled of pet and animals to include faint fecal matter.

Liked: The breakfast was amazing great location, and very quiet at night
Disliked: The only thing that needs more attention is the bathroom. It was not clean very well. It was Hair from the last person long hair all over the ceiling on the floor. The bathroom was very nasty.

Disliked: no housekeeping during stay. Poor breakfast, long wait at egg station.Poor service at the restaurant on evening of arrival, waitress serving whilst on her phone. Appeared to be management bringing food out of the kitchen. 2 x staff members on duty with very few customers but were not coping

Liked: We have been bringing our family here for over 25years - It's a great location directly off Cranes Roost area n small lake - go walking and enjoy yourself. The breakfast is always a blessing and nice - service has always been excellent & staff so wonderful.The updating of the property is very well appointed and comfortable. We miss the old actual atrium trees and bushes with water that was so beautiful but it's functional and spacious. Love the amount of pillows you get for sure! Just saying it's a thing.Oh yeah, ladies you'll love the water pressure in the shower! Man it's good.
Disliked: They just redid their TVs across chain I guess 6 months ago and you cannot connect samaung apps to it nor can you connect HDMI connection to work off your laptop for business or streaming channels with family. This is disappointing for many reasons and slightly ridiculous due to having families stay thet cater to business people as well.
