Liked: Comfy beds and great breakfast
Disliked: The extra price of parking and the lack of triple glazing made the room very noisy die to the highway being outside. It kept me awake, which is disappointing

Liked: When I came and check in to the hotel on April 13, they asked me to pay deposit amount of 150 US dollars per room, a total of 300 US dollars, and they said that when you check out the money will be returned to your account, but so far the amount has not been returned,

Liked: We had made a pre-paid reservation with Booking.com but the hotel had not received the information from them. Thankfully Jermaine helped us with our reservation and was able to accommodate us. We were very grateful. The location is great close to the parks and restaurants.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The bar didn't have the staff needed to take care of the guests. There was one bartender and one Mgr. The wait time to get a drink was at least 20-30 minutes! Many guests left to go elsewhere. The bartender was excellent and tried his best.

Eh. It was ok.
Liked: The location was great. Breakfast was amazing. The breakfast staff were very attentive and nice. Room was beautiful.
Disliked: The staff forgot about me when they asked me to wait for check in. My room wasn’t ready at check in time. I had to go to the desk multiple times to keep checking. The female who told me to sit down and she would come get me clocked out for work and left. I went to the desk and Luis checked me into a room. The pool was closed two days. The elevator was slow and one on our side was out of order for a day.
