Room had the stench of urine. It was so strong we immediately walked out. They gave us another room that smelled musty but we coped. Toliet ran all night. They must have plumbing issues.
Liked: Close to bars and clubs.
Disliked: Foul odors.

It was walking distance to the venue. Large suite with 2 double beds and a sleep sofa in the sitting area. Near Lake Eola, which is nice for walking/running. They had a restaurant, but menus weren't visible - the kids ate there and said it was good. There were also many restaurants within walking distance, and it seemed to be a safe area. I enjoyed my stay here.
Liked: Complimentary happy hour and cooked-to-order breakfast; friendly staff; atrium lobby.
Disliked: Valet parking only (for almost $30); had to park in garage across the street ($5).

Liked: The hotel is absolutely fantastic—elegant, comfortable, and truly deserving of every bit of praise. Its prime location and outstanding staff made our stay unforgettable.I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Younes, the American gentleman of Moroccan origin. He is a true gem—always smiling, impeccably dressed, and full of warmth and positivity. His professionalism, elegance, and eagerness to help made a remarkable difference in our experience. He went out of his way to assist us and made everything easier and more enjoyable.It’s rare to meet someone with such genuine character and exceptional hospitality. The hotel is truly fortunate to have him on their team.Thank you for such a memorable and heartwarming stay. We will definitely come back.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there was one negative experience that affected an otherwise excellent stay. A staff member—an African lady, I believe—repeatedly charged my card late at night with incorrect amounts, which disturbed my sleep and caused unnecessary stress.What upset me the most is that I had agreed on a specific rate for my stay and even allowed a higher amount to be held in advance. However, upon reviewing the final invoice, I was shocked to see that the room charges had been significantly increased beyond what was originally agreed upon.This behavior was frustrating and unacceptable. I believe this staff member needs better supervision and proper training, as such errors can damage the hotel’s reputation and negatively affect the guest experience.
