Disliked: The front desk staff was RUDE!!! The room had water damage big leak spit s and part of the ceiling falling off. The shower was dirty. The room smelled like mold.

Liked: The room was very... Had a relaxing vibe.. beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken which make it difficult getting up and down from my room.

Very nice and beautiful rooms...

Liked: Had breakfast once and when I went back it was closed but still had access to other things e.g., bagels.

Liked: Nice place. Good central location.
Disliked: I was surprised that our room was not cleaned throughout our entire stay. We stayed 4 nights and never had it cleaned, fresh towels, etc. Also your elevators were not working on one side and the other side were very bouncy.

Good mini vacation

Liked: The food was good and my bed was the most comfortable bed ever in a hotel.
Disliked: The elevators need upgrading
