DONT STAY ON 2ND FLOOR

Liked: Always love their breakfast.
Disliked: Do not stay on the second floor of this hotel. When I got into my room and laid down on the bed the whole bed was shaking as well as the floor because of their air conditioning unit. I called the front desk and had to repack my things and go to a different room and they put me on the second floor again for the Next Room. When I lay down while she was there to test it everything seemed okay. But after she left and I laid in that bed longer that room still shook too not as bad as the first one but still Shook and the bed still shook. I love Embassy Suites but I'll never stay at this one.

Liked: The front desk and hospitality staff were amazing. Also the size of the rooms are great.
Disliked: The breakfast was less than expected. Normally Embassy Suites has the best breakfast. The food was cold, not a big selection like in the past. And there was only one cook on the omelette station at times and the line was very long. Happy hour was fine. The snacks they used to have are different as well as the drinks. I’ve had better experiences at Embassy Suites. The front desk and hospitality staff were amazing. I was told that this particular location will be doing renovations soon. I hope to return after the renovations are complete. Thank you.
