Liked: Our stay was perfect from the time we walked in the door until we checked out. The front desk manager Hannah was absolutely amazing and the best part of our stay! She was so friendly and attentive and gave us resources for us to find something to do with our children. Just wonderful!

It was Ok, Would not...
Liked: Breakfast was acceptable.Room was comfortable
Disliked: Shuttle advertised to sites within 2 miles…. Night driver Matt was great! Day driver Tony a nightmare! First he preached God whole time. Did not know where he was going. Kept complaining about having to pick us back up. We actually paid to go back to hotel rather than ride with him again!No Airport Shuttle!

Disappointing
Liked: WE liked breakfast. What we didnt like: The Wifi was terrible. It only worked if you were in the lobby. This was the whole time we were there. The tv also did not work the whole time we were there. I would have to unplug the tv and plug it back in everyday to get it to work. BOTH OF THESE ARE RIDICULES.Their was trouble with the elevators. I got stuck in one of the elevators. I finally realized that you can press the emergency button and the doors finally open. I had to walk down the stairs from the 12 floor. They had alot of young soccer groups staying in the hotel and they would push all the buttons on the elevators. So, when you got in you would have to stop at every floor, it was during one of the many times that the elevator broke with me on it. I was only stuck in there for about 5 minutes when i finally realized to push the emergency button. I spoke with someone on the phone about my experience and i was suppose to receive points credited to our Hilton Honors account, which never happened. I honestly think it should have been more.
