I really enjoyed my stay - very clean and very friendly people working there.

Disliked: The shuttle was late so we had to take our car.

Disappointed with experience

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Quite a variety of options including custom prepared omelets. Room was clean and spacious. Shuttle service downtown was a great touch. Cocktail hour was generic.
Disliked: One of the reasons for opting for Embassy suites was the sofa bed option in the living room. Terrible nights sleep using this very uncomfortable cheap sofa bed. To top it off the cleaning staff did not make the sofa bed during our stay. I would not recommend this facility if you are going to use the sofa bed. Also, when booking the facility it offered on-site parking but there was no mention of the costs of parking. $35.00 a night! Beware of hidden costs.

Liked: It was close enough to the main area but far enough away in a good location
Disliked: The free breakfast and evening buffet were a bit boring, it was the same every day for the 10 nights we stayed there

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Nashville

Liked: Great size rooms, wonderful breakfast, but the best part was Tony the shuttle driver- and how awesome is it to have a shuttle downtown?!!
Disliked: We had a few issues with some maintenance issues when we first checked in but they were quickly addressed
