Embassy Suites By Hilton Hotel Napa Valley

Our room was OK but needs updating. Grounds were nice. Not honoring our paid for room with King bed is a huge negative. We will be back as we paid for another night at a later date. Hope they honor our paid for room with a King bed.

Liked: Grill 29 bar service (Thanks Carol!) was awesome.
Disliked: Hotel refused to give us our confirmed and paid for room with King bed. Made my 6' 4" tall husband and I sleep in a room with 2 double beds. BAD!

Liked: Mostly everything. Due to construction on site one of the people that I was traveling with had the water turn off while he was showering.

Liked: Awesome hotel right in the middle of Napa. Perfect!Check in process was a little slow, probably due to the person who assisted us.Rooms looked to be newly renovated and modern.A little pricy.
Disliked: Room rate as a little pricy.

Liked: Property was recently re-modeled looks nice.
Disliked: The new hot tub the jets would intermittently turn off for a couple minutes and then turn back on never experienced that before and I didn't really like it, it's better when the jets stay on so if there is anyway to change that it would be better. The food at the social hour was not good at all. The breakfast was great though!
