Liked: Nothing. Had a horrible experience, I want my $$ back ... was harassed and tormented to the point security had to stand guard outside my room to keep my 11 yr old Granddaughter and myself safe and free from.the harassment from the the pack.of teenagers that terrorized the hotel, I was hurt getting into.the elevator thanks to all the flyers that was made on hotel computer and strewn all over the hotel, I slipped on all the flyers on the floor of elevator and seriously hurt my already damaged left foot, was up.all night in severe pain and agony... I am filing a lawsuit against Embassy Suites , my 11 yr old Granddaughter was traumatize by this whole experience,, went from a what should have been a wonderful experience to a night from hell... Will be contacting Embassy Suites Corporate Offuces today, I need to.know where I send the Dr bill and contacting attorney.... Please contact hotel to verify ... Never ever had security standing at my door to keep my family safe at a hotel. ESP .ONE I SPENT $224to stay in for 1 night.... Would have left hotel but we was in the middle of severe weather and didn't want to drive in it with my grandchild being in extreme pain and agony...
Disliked: I didn't like anything. Worst stay of my lifetime!!

Absolutely amazing!
Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing! From Check in to check out! Loved our waitress and bartenders at the bar! Even though the hotel was probably sold out once in our room we couldn't hear anyone! Amazing experience!

Management Does Not keep their...
Disliked: ANTS IN THE ROOM. TOILET WOULDNT FLUSH. HAD TO MOVE ROOMS. MANAGEMENT TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME A REFUND FOR ONE OF THE NIGHTS I STAYED. NO REFUND WAS EVER ISSUED. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE ANYMORE BECAUSE I DO NOT LIKE THAT THEY DO NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SAY.

Liked: Breakfast good, lots of seating. Cocktail and appetizers were nice.
Disliked: Being charged extra for parking. Especially as far away from city hotel located pay parking seemed too much. There was plenty of parking
