Every Embassy Suites employee I encountered was amazing. Needed to switch rooms because of construction noise - no problem, it was handled quickly without an issue. Needed a late check out time for Sunday since my son was racing in the evening and he needed to eat and sleep before finals - once again, no problem. Wished my son good luck. It was all the little things like wishing my kid good luck that made the experience better than I expected it to be. Now I need to let Embassy Suites higher-ups know directly just how great their staff were during our stay.

Liked: The hotel is currently under renovations but the staff do an amazing job keeping the noise and dust from construction to a minimum.
Disliked: I expected the rowdy Big 10 Championship fans to be very loud when they returned but the staff once again did an amazing job in controlling the situation for us swim parents.

Not worth what I paid,...

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: Well main issue I had was that we was that the kids and all was woken up at 330 in the morning by guest above us, They were very loud and kept on for bout a hour, We did call down to make a complaint, then we had guests below our unit that was just as loud and kept going till probably 6 or do in the morning, We did mention that people above us and below us were extremely loud, It’s kinda sucked to be honest, I’m not mad at the hotel, just sucks that it woke the kids up and none of us could get back to sleep with all the loudness of shouting and partying or whatever the hell they was doing

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that we had to ask twice for someone to fix the microwave and to bring tissue to our room after witnessing front desk ask someone to …other than that excellent stay…
