Disliked: This hotel was gross. There was a cockroach on the ceiling near where we ate breakfast. The door of our bathroom had been sawed off- it was so odd. The hot water didn’t work in the bathroom faucet (turned the handle and literally no water came out). They provided us with two towels for four people. The elevators are a major issue! We had to catch a ride at a certain time and many other people were checking out as well, it took us 15 minutes to get an elevator because they were all so packed! Many others were having this issue as well. We couldn’t find stairs to use. We will never stay here again. Also, the food was gross and the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth it.

Sorry I never got back....

Liked: Quite room, the food was ok too cold, I like the 5 pm drink, the pool was too busy and noisy too many children always in the pool could not jump 8n. The hot tub never was fix. Not a great idea not to have every5hing in order .transportation to and from the airport should be free, and instead we took a taxi, a dishonest low class driver charged us $35 for a very short distance. Then we asked for help to bring us to the airport they have a van, but we have to pay $12 each, they told us at the hotel to be 3 to 4 hours at the airport because it was very busy, instead there was not true we end up at the airport away too early. We did not like this.
Disliked: We went to TD bank to deal with some issues, hope they fix their problems, that was the reason to fight there, and took my husband for his birthday at the Italian restaurant, we’re for just some steak and mush potato's, and small portion of green leaves, call salad not wine at all, not cake, they don’t even offer a small cookie for his birthday that bill was included the tip, wrong, we supposed to tip if the service was good, not he tip himself when the bring the bill away too expensive, we were the o ly ones in that restaurant I wonder why. Dirty beach, no where to sit, the water was too dirty. Rent seats at the beach were $70 por person are you kidding? With $70 Canadian dollars I can buy 2 beautiful seats. We just stay 1 hour and left

Great location and accommodation for...

Liked: We stayed here as a family of four with two children under 5 years old and the location made getting to the port very easy. The view from the private balcony overlooked the port which gave our children something to be excited about trying to find our ship in the morning before we left for the port.
Disliked: The provided breakfast was decent, but the organization and layout left quite a bit to be desired. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room was not very clean upon our arrival.
