Disappointed to have to pay for Wi-Fi and parking is expensive, but nice location and rooms.

Love the suite concept but...

Liked: Downtown location
Disliked: No shuttle, curtains and room had musty smell, was overcharged and still waiting for an actual response from the hotel. Checked out Saturday at 7:15am and it’s Wednesday and still no response. Can’t talk to an actual person. Finally just called booking.com to resolve the billing issue. We stay here every year and probably will not go back.

Disappointing

Liked: 2 free drinks and snacks at the bar is a nice touch. Didn't make it to breakfast because they stop serving at 9am. My opinion breakfast should end at 10am.
Disliked: Not sure what changed but the hotel has went downhill in the last 4 years. Stayed there 4 years ago was nicer and much more maintained. Looking a little run down we noticed. Some of the fountains are empty and not even working. Our first room they put us in was filthy. Crumbs all over the floor and a fake eyelash laying in the shower with no air purifer. Had them move us to a different room, Room was actually clean besides mold all around the shower divider glass. The new room had an air purifer.

This hotel provides a family...

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. The breakfast was convenient and plentiful.
Disliked: The bathrooms had an open shower that did not keep the water in with a large step down. The hotel could make some updates to furniture and carpets.

Liked: The location and lobby esthetic were nice
Disliked: We reserved one of the pricier rooms - 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were run down and beat up. The furniture was old and shabby.

Liked: Location, free breakfast
Disliked: This hotel needs to be updated. I feel like I was in the 70s. It's so dark and gloomy. The windows are fithly and there is a weird smell.

Overpriced. Would not go back...

Liked: Great location with cute shops, restaurants and the riverwalk nearby. Also good areas for pets but the one night fee of $75 is ridiculous.
Disliked: Badly needs to be renovated, the rooms are very dark and dingy. The bathroom floors and shower were not clean.
