In Dallas for the gift show and shuttle service was good.

Liked: The staff was great; good room though the dresser needs to be replaced.
Disliked: The pool was too cold to swim.

Was very happy with our room and a comfy bed to sleep in.

Liked: Clean; friendly employees; wonderful room.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The first room had a urine smell - it was very bad smelling. The secound room had the towel bar falling off the wall; the tub had rust stains in it; the plug were coming out of the walls and the shower head was detached from the wall. Room 702 was the one with the smell and 720 was the other one.

Disliked: Our rooms didn't have a remote for TV and the volume was so loud .And our room phone didn't work rooms 1712

Overall a good experience, would...

Liked: The staff was great, they had great attitudes and were willing to help out with any questions we had. The room, while not up to date, was very quiet and clean. The shower and hot tub were a very nice and somewhat rare addition to the room, well worth the money.
Disliked: I wish the room was more up to date, the TV's they had were nice but the rest of the room felt outdated and old, but not in dirty kind of old. I also didn't like how they charged for parking that was hardly private or protected, if I'm paying for parking I expect my car to be safe throughout the night.

Liked: Good looking facility. Very clean & modern. Breakfast was fantastic, nice evening snacks & beverage. Room was nice & clean enjoyed 2 rooms traveling with gkids. Pool was good

Disliked: Bathroom needed update chunks gone out of tub handle off the shower had to put on and off to use.
