Very good

Liked: Breakfast was good, fresh made omelettes, cereal, fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, bagels/toast, etc. Good variety and nice staff.
Disliked: I checked in online the night before and chose the room I wanted. When I arrived at the hotel they had me in a different room. When I asked why they said they were sold out and had to move me. How does that even make sense? They had a room they could have put other people in and not the one I specifically chose. And I’m an HHonors member, which meant nothing I guess.

Classy hotel with comfortable suites...

Liked: Happy Hour with free drinks and delicious snacks from 5:30-7:30 pm was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive. And the nightly rate for this hotel was less than other chains without these perks.

Disliked: Pool timp. Was coldOn our last night we returned to our room after a long day to find it hadn’t been cleaned. No Towels , trash not removed from room. Hotel phone didn’t work.
