Disliked: Precooked eggs were watery, cooked to order eggs didn't seem fresh and the ingredients didn't look or taste good. I believe they were from the previous day or older. I didn't like the fact that the only meat you had was pork sausage or bacon. It would be nice if you offered and alternative for those that don't eat pork. Maybe chicken or turkey sausage.

Liked: The pool was nice.
Disliked: The breakfast selection was subpar, no ac in the hotel lobby area or the hotel for that matter. The room had ac that you couldn't control the speed of the fan at all. It's very different from the Embassy Suites in AZ. One of the televisions in the room didn't work initially but later saw that it was unplugged. Parking is a staggering $39 a day

Liked: Location was great to our event. Price was good. Felt safe and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The rooms have double doors which was neat at first but in the evening, the lights from the halls shined right in the room making the entire front area lit up for the entire night. This was difficult to sleep on the pull out bed. There was no way of creating a dark room for sleeping. You have a light on in your face all night. That made the stay below average. I was exhausted gayer the 3 night stay with very little sleep. The pull out bed was also very uncomfortable. We had to stack up cushions against the door to dim the light and even then it was so bright. The breakfast was average, maybe a little below. Facility old and outdated, carpets stained and dirty.

Liked: Most of the staff was very nice, professional, and very accommodating. The hotel breakfast every morning was amazing, especially the omelets.
Disliked: It wasn't as close to downtown Chicago as I had thought, but that was my fault for not researching better. Also, the first contact I had with the receptionist at the check-in wasn't the best. She wasn't very welcoming, and when I asked about a handicap accessible room for my mother, she told us that even if we had any available, that would have to be booked ahead of time. I was taken aback by that, but my family was tired, so I just got our room and let the issue be done.
