Disliked: Rooms need a little remodeling

Trouble checking in

Liked: The separation of rooms.
Disliked: They did not have my reservation upon arrival. Blamed it on me booking thru booking.com, said they didn't communicate. Made me make another reservation.

Won't return to an Embassy...

Liked: Size of the room. Felt like price was decent for that much space.
Disliked: Room had old amenities. Some areas of shower not as clean. The pool however was a major disappointment as it was very nasty. Both the hot tub and pool water was visibly dirty. There was hair in the hot tub and bugs. And there was a large piece of someone's hair on ground next to main pool. And left over items on the floors. There was no complimentary water in the lobby which most hotels have. And hotel guests shouldn't have to pay for parking. I would think the night stay should validate parking.

When I visit the area...

Liked: Everything was good. I enjoyed the fact that breakfast was provided and we didn't have to go anywhere. The room was a nice size and clean.

Liked: The Suite was a spacious corner room allowing natural light to flow throughout. We enjoyed the location near popular restaurants and shopping. BTW, breakfast was good too!
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
