Disliked: I got the hotel for the pool and the staff told Me it was opened prior to booking but even arriving and looking for the pool the staff said it has been scheduled to be closed that day. My room Was also dirty still Had someone else' hair in the tub

Liked: The excellent customer service I received from Ms. Delisha and Mr. Mo was amazing. They make you feel so valued as a customer. They are so friendly, patient and personable.
Disliked: The breakfast is always delicious . I love the ambience of the hotel . Rooms always clean . This is our home away from home .

Liked: The location. The omelet station.
Disliked: Parking charge of $12.50 a night. Had I known, I would have stayed at the Naperville location where parking is free. Ran out of scrambled eggs one day and next day out of sausage patties by 8a. Way too early to run out of main breakfast items.
