If you're going to charge someone's credit card, make sure you ask them if it's okay! I'm getting married in a week in a half and find this added expense unappropriated!

Disliked: Booking website said 3pm check-in - it was actually 4, so had to wait. Ordered 2 room suite with 2 double beds - got a king and had to go back downstairs from the 11th floor. Was then informed they didn't have my room available and had to switch me to a non-smoking room. It wasn't until I got home and checked my credit card statement that I found they also charged me 75 dollars without telling me they were going to.

Liked: The front desk manager saved the day! Booking.com accidentally canceled our trip.. Embassy Suites had no record of our reservation. I was so upset, but thank goodness for Marlon. He was kind, professional, and patient as he assured us everything would be OK. We ended up having an amazing trip. Marlon gave us some excellent restaurant suggestions. Perfect location. Clean, newly renovated room with an excellent happy hour and breakfast, too!

Liked: Newly renovated rooms were wonderful. Front desk staff and bellman are super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Close to walk to so many places.
