If you're going to charge someone's credit card, make sure you ask them if it's okay! I'm getting married in a week in a half and find this added expense unappropriated!
Disliked: Booking website said 3pm check-in - it was actually 4, so had to wait. Ordered 2 room suite with 2 double beds - got a king and had to go back downstairs from the 11th floor. Was then informed they didn't have my room available and had to switch me to a non-smoking room. It wasn't until I got home and checked my credit card statement that I found they also charged me 75 dollars without telling me they were going to.

Liked: Was great. Free beer every afternoon, and breakfast every morning. Great location great hotel.

Good location, but some issues
Liked: Room was clean and somewhat updated.
Disliked: The breakfast was not nearly as good as pre-pandemic one. The evening appetizers were a joke. It was so bad I didn't even feel like waiting in line for the free drink. The TV and phone in the main room did not work and were not fixed before we left despite two requests.

It was a lovely stay.
Liked: The room was fabulous! Very beautiful and spacious.We arrived on a mornin flight so waiting for 4pm was quite a long wait.Jonathan and Alma at reception were super helpful all the time.Happy hour was super!
Disliked: Room was only vaccumed on my last night when I met the cleaning lady in the passage and asked her to come to my room. There was a day the bed was not made. I am not sure if replenishments to e.g shower gel were made but I worried about running out. The hotel can improve on cleaning even if there is DnD sign but we would inform reception when going out and request the room to be cleaned. The othere thing was that to extend stay you still had to go online and book there yet the app was saying the hotel is full. Ideally, we should be able to make adjustments at reception as well.

Liked: The room itself was lovely!Jonathan and Alma at reception were excellently helpful and very pleasant all the time. They did their best to assist and respond accordingly.Happy Hour was also great!
