Disliked: Parking lot pay. I think the parking lots pay should be free.

Disliked: the room was very dated and damaged, i checked out the very next morning and my credit card was charged for 3 nights.

We had a wonderful stay!

Liked: Breakfast was delisciotus, location was great.
Disliked: The indoor pool area needs to be much larger. There was water on the floor right at the entrance when you open the door to go to the pool.

Just bad

Disliked: I mentioned upon leaving that we had gotten bit by something. After my children & I were uncomfortable, itchy I made an urgent care appointment only to learn we had been bitten by bedbugs. I had to take extra precautions not to bring them into my home. This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton hotel.

Disliked: Did not provide bedding for sleeper sofa. I had to ask for it and they said they could give only 1 pillow when I had 2 people that would be sleeping on it

Liked: The breakfast was well-presented and clean area to eat.
Disliked: I was charged with incidental fees twice, when I told the lady at the front desk she told me that was my situation to deal with. I had to ask 3 different people to take care of the overcharge which was very frustrating. We also found bugs in our room and not enough towels.

Wonderful overnight stay.
