Disliked: Took a long time to get shuttle to airport, and desk staff was completely rude and bothered at us asking after waiting 45 minutes and they said oh 10 mins

Disliked: Everything!Perhaps when someone is booking a room and paying they should be given the option to fill in the required paperwork just to gain access to the room they have already paid for before arrival. I had to wait over 40 minutes.My credit card was not working. I made an offer of $800.00 cash as a retainer against any possible damage occurring while I occupied the space. This was declined due to current company policy. What kind of clientele normally stay in these rooms?Conrad H would be rolling over in his grave. Non acceptance of legal US tender in exchange for a room. Should be illegal!I had to contact a relative and use their card for the deposit. I was offered to also use this card for food and any other sundries. This I politely declined as I was not going to spend another penny in this establishment.I'm pretty sure this information will not be shared with other travelers.
