Liked: The hotel was okay for a 3 star
Disliked: They literally overcharge me 100 USD. They claim that's insurance and that the 100usd would be reimbursed between 3 to 5 working then I called on the seventh working day they claimed 5 to 7 days And if not it's my bank. Anyways never had any problem with my bank before. And here I'm day 12 and no money was reimbursed to my account. .

Disliked: Staff was indifferent about issues, housekeeping barged in at 7am on our last day, and the worst part is I left medication behind which at first they denied they had it then emailed me to say the found it only for me to call and say they don’t have it. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Good hotel but very poor...

Liked: The room was spacious and it was at walking distance from the airport metro station.
Disliked: We got a room in the second floor and it was an internal room with no natural ventilation. We could hear al the noise from the lobby and atrium and it was made worst by the ongoing construction work. We arrived a couple hours before check-in and the offer us the room for a charge of £75..this would not happen in any other hotel, whenever a room was available they would let you in without an extra charge. The worst thing forvus was the breakfast. There were no vegan options..not even al alternative to milk. They were seriously under staffed and we always had to wait for plates, cutlery. Decaff coffee was not labelled. Altogether it was not value for money. We were in Boston for the marathon and rooms were more expensive than normal, we paid £75 extra for a late checkout after a serious medical incident, they did not seem very understanding.
