Liked: The airport pickup was convineant and rooms were okay. The checkin was fine. Room service was okay .Nothing was extraordinary or something to brag about. The price is on higher side and expected a bit more.
Disliked: I had to wait 4 minutes on hold before someone picked and directed me to the location of the airport pickup shuttle. Breakfast was fine. But not many options. Major bad point- I am asking for a invoice for almost a month and still haven't received anything. For business trips, it's necessary to submit invoice for reimbursement. They can work on customer service

Liked: Convenient location, close to the airport but also to a park and docks. A big and nice suite, a very good breakfast!
Disliked: The pool is more suited to small kids, very shallow and consequently crowded.

Liked: Fantastic location. I returned a rental car and walked to the hotel. The shuttle was excellent.
Disliked: The air condition blew onto the bed and kept me awake for a while. I adjusted the vents to correct the problem.

Superb

Liked: Comfortable hotel in a good location near the airport and train station. Complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport and train station and delicious breakfast. Really don't have anything bad to say.
Disliked: Nothing
