We loved staying at Embassy Suites! It was our first time staying in an Embassy Suites but it won't be our last. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings. We'll be looking for an Embassy Suites from now on when we travel.

Liked: The breakfast was great, and service was wonderful! I will stay again!
Disliked: The room didn't get quite as cold as we like to keep it. But the good overweighed the bad!

Liked: Too many young children running around with their parents allowing. No kind of supervision and hotel was very slow about answering front desk calls. Please change the rules where these parents are not allowed to wear night clothes around the front of facility. It looks bad for the compnay
Disliked: Children running every where, parents in their night clothes with bonnets on their heads. I can see them doing this late at night if they are going to get a snack or something from their csr, other than that there was no supervision around these kids which is unsafe

Friendly staff that went over...

Liked: The hotel is being updated. However, the staff and everything was clean and very friendly. The room was nice and neat. The staff even called me to let me know my room was available. This was nice because we arrived at 9:00 am. We were able to get into our room by noon.
