We loved staying at Embassy Suites! It was our first time staying in an Embassy Suites but it won't be our last. Breakfast was wonderful and we also enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evenings. We'll be looking for an Embassy Suites from now on when we travel.

Don't think I'll return to...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Too many children running around touching the plates.
Disliked: My bed wasn't made properly. I had to wait a day before they brought a mattress pad. The shower wasn't clean. Long piece of hair in tub which wasn't mine, wrong color. I don't feel the room was cleaned to your standards just looking around it. You don't have bellmen for luggage. I really didn't enjoy loading my own luggage. Seems booking.com advertised one price and I was charged more. Everyone was nice and polite. Don't think I'll return

Over priced & I won't...

Liked: The room was nice & spacious & it was quiet.
Disliked: They wouldn't allow us to get breakfast 20 minutes before breakfast was over & they kicked us out of the breakfast area. They took the water out of the pool. I was showering & went to wash my hair & there was no shampoo. The staff was rude & not very sociable. The cleaning ladies were very kind though. There is NOT an actual nice balcony, it was too small to even stand at comfortably. Very much OVER PRICED! Especially not being able to even get the COMPLIMENTARY breakfast during the STATED TIMES! The room was extremely hot & the AC smelled horrible like mildew.
