Service is exceptional. The staff are so nice and accommodating. The Manager's Reception feels like a reception and not just an event. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. Thanks.

Liked: I’d like the idea that it was right across the street from the Colosseum had to go to a comedy show
Disliked: I did not like the idea that you had to pay to park at the hotel. I did not like the way the front staff was very nasty checking you in. I also didn’t like the idea that it wasn’t waffles just omelette I love going to the embassy suites for breakfast, but this one was nasty, so was the staff the bed was very uncomfortable … it was very different from all the other embassy suites I went to.

Disliked: My daughter was greeted by a roach in the bathroom. I told her that it happens sometimes and it doesn’t mean the facility is dirty. I reassured her it was okay to stay. So maybe it’s time to fumigate the rooms.
