Service is exceptional. The staff are so nice and accommodating. The Manager's Reception feels like a reception and not just an event. I could not have been more pleased with my stay. Thanks.

Disliked: They billed us twice for our room and had to dispute one if the charges. Do not know if was a booking.com issue or a hotel issue. Only received one confirmation from booking.com, but hoping was not sent to embassey twixe???
