Disliked: First room- overlooked a dirt lot- Got moved to different room- smelled of heavy bleach walking off elavator- then the rest of hallway a smell tgen into room. Was very old feeling did not feel comfort ER able to even want to use bathroom. Decided to leave hotel. Text manager- back & forth- decided she would credit one N since we left & said to contact booking.com for remainder. Sent email no response. Please contact me for refund. Ltopper55@ Gmail.com

Liked: The location of the hotel is a 10 out of 10, close to the beautiful park, restaurants and stores. The rooftoop was amazing, nice drinks with a beautiful view. Rooms are so clean and bed extra comfortable that we didn't want to get up, breakfast with the omelette station was perfect with everything being really fresh.
Disliked: The self parking garage was a bit confusing to locate and then trying to find the elevator to get into the hotel.

Amazing--only place we will stay...

Liked: The Happy Hour was awesome. We had just gotten in from a long trip in the car with kids, who were hungry and tired. The snacks put out for them were fantastic. We enjoyed the moment to sit, sip a cocktail, and make a plan with the kids for that evening.
