The worst experience at a...
Liked: Breakfast was powdered eggs. One day a chef prepared omelets, the next day he didn't show up. The Folgers Coffee was the best thing about the hotel.
Disliked: We were stuck in the elevator for almost 2 hours. No one from the hotel responded to our calls. I called 911 and thankfully the Greenville FD came and helped us. The elevator was over 100F. Not one person assisted us after we got off the elevator. Our safety had been jeopardized...Our room, 419 was over the kitchen with the huge ventilation system blowing directly onto our balcony and the noise was atrocious. We asked for another room but nothing was available. Again, no manager on duty.

Liked: The hotel is very clean and in an awesome location. My room was very spacious.
Disliked: Valet assumed because I had cash. I just got paid. That comment was out of line. Housekeeping knocked once and walked in on me while I was getting dressed.
