Liked: Well appointed and expansive hotel. I was originally scheduled in an AirBnb property but the AirBnb rental was occupied and very dirty. I was forced to find another location and Embassy Suites was very accimidating, particularly Stacy, the evening manager. She was incredibly helpful in correcting a booking that was accidentally cancelled.

Liked: Dirty elevators. Urine in one elevator. Kids running wild everywhere. Teenagers all over unsupervised and the hotel did nothing to address. Hallways were hot. Room was hot. Not enough towels. Coffee cups are biodegradable but you could drink one cup of coffee before broke down. Poor signage to find things. Couldn’t even find the pool. Welcome bag for Gold members was pathetic. Way overpriced!! Had to use walker because you allow non handicap cars to take up handicap spots. Not enough handicap spots for the size of the hotel. No valet which is ridiculous considering how large the facility is. Dirty and sticky everywhere. Nothing was being cleaned in the common areas. Will NEVER stay there again and will tell family to avoid at all cost. Go to courtyard a couple miles and pay 1/3 the cost for a better stay. Was totally disappointed and the staff wasn’t friendly and couldn’t care less about your stay. The automated email/text you get from “Samantha” are a joke! Your AI concierge is a horrible idea. I can’t say enough bad to express how overpriced the experience was.
Disliked: Just about everything. Bed was like a rock. Pillows disintegrated when you lay your head down. Lighting is pathetic in the room. Two lamps, no other lighting. You can barely see what the heck you are doing. One lamp switch was broken and we had to use a pen to click it. Ridiculous for 300 plus a night. TV channels were very limited and no free on demand shows that are free on any streaming company. You are stuck with 47 practical channels and they are awful. TV was as bad as a cruise ship if that helps. Plan to pay extra if you want your kids to watch anything entertaining. Couch was horrible. No. Cushioning at all. No throw pillows to help and dangerous for anyone with a back issue.
