Disliked: One lady at the front kept insinuating I needed a card to have access to amenities and seemed like she wants to ask me if I was a guest or staying.

The stay was very nice

Disliked: They were blowing leaves at like 6:30 and it woke me up early (kid free night in a long time)

Liked: The location was great. Moved 2 daughters to Denton. It was 5 minutes from their house. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was beautiful with a fireplace and lush greenery.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that was a glaring negative.

Liked: Location was great, customer service was good. Room wasnt exactly clean.. Ie. Trash under bed, stains on couch and linens. Potato chips behind bedroom door. Air conditioner wasn't great, but I requested a fan and the front desk provided.

Liked: The breakfast experience was amazing...lots of choices for food. Drink prices in the bar seemed a little expensive.
Disliked: The day of check-in there was only 1 luggage cart anywhere to be "seen".

Liked: It was a wonderful experience, except the young man that check me in acted like he had other things he’d rather be doing. To say he was not polite, would be an understatement. He’s not front desk material. His first name is Ryan. We had emergency trip, had driven 9 hours and were exhausted. I thought if rest of our stay is like him- this is not going to be fun! The rest of our stay was awesome. Every employee we saw was a joy! Next trip there we will stay here again. I’ll just wait on another staff member to check us in.
Disliked: The young man who checked us in , was not front desk material. He needs to be where he does not have interactions with the public.
