Liked: rooms were lovely and spacious with lovely view, staff were friendly and happy to help (which we seldom find in US)
Disliked: - room service should be just done not when we call for- we stayed for 4 nights and got the same breakfast - some variations will be welcome, it's very boring to have same breakfast for 4 days- if dining options had a bit more choices - it would be really appreciated - and please keep a 24hrs food options (anything- even some fruits/sandwiches/packaged food/coffee) - for people who are international travelers and struggling with jet lag.- PLEASE ADD A DOOR MAGNET/STOPPER - SO THAT ITS EASIER TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE ROOMS WHEN YOU HAVE LUGGAGES/SHOPPING. Most of the times, the door has to be held by one person while another person helps out with the luggage - not all the time we have company.

Liked: We love staying here. The rooms have so much space for our family of 6. The only think I can complain about is breakfast on the weekends are not early enough. We had to be somewhere at 7 and they didn't even have coffee for me to have at 6:30 when I had to leave. Other than that we always have a great time here.
