Liked: Very convenient to where the graduation we planned to attend. Walking distance. Also across the street from the mall several places to eat and take the kids. The breakfast was excellent and they gave us free drink passes during happy hour at our checkin
Disliked: There was also several dance teams staying at the hotel at the same time which caused us to not be able to utilize the elevators the majority of the time. We had to resort to taking the back stairwells and lugging our luggage up and down them as well or we would end up waiting hours to use the elevators. The pool was nice and clean but the lights inside were being worked on so it was dark in there and the water was incredibly cold.

Liked: The location to all the fun things to do in Frisco was great. We had quite a bit of down time so being able to go do things so close was great.
Disliked: We attempted to valet but could never find the person to do it. One time we thought we saw someone and rolled down the window to ask but they ignored us and went on. When we went up to the desk inside by the door there was no one there.
