Liked: Friendly staff. Cleanliness and close to several attractions.
Disliked: Pool area was a little warm to sit and watch.

Liked: Good breakfast and location. Attended a conference, so it was convenient staying in the same building.
Disliked: When I arrived to the room, I believe the room had not been cleaned. Found some items in the room that stayed behind from the previous person that stayed there. Bed sheets had makeup on them.

Liked: Location is great. Walking distance to the mall, the comerica stadium and ruffriders field
Disliked: Hotel room was humid and smelled strongly of a perfumed cleaner. Beds sagged, sink leaked across counter.

Liked: Staff were so pleasant and courteous At the cafe area, Maria went above and beyond from getting out tickets to greeting us at the table and coming to check in us. Wonderful people

Biggest waste of money on...

Disliked: The rooms were old and not up to date, advertising hot tub and there is not, no fountains working, am staff shut lights out 9am sharp when guests are still eating breakfast, Kleenex box empty, no extra toilet paper with current roll almost empty, carpet tearing up from floor, door handle barley worked to open door, elevator had orange juice spill in it for the whole day and reported to which staff said they already told housekeeping basically like it wasn’t their problem, happy hour listed as 4-6pm but is 5-630 at this location, did not have correct rooms as promised when booking
