Disliked: For the second time we stayed here they closed the pool. Said they had a report the pool was cloudy but we were the only ones swimming. Said we had to leave and pool would not open till next day. Also room never got cool! First time they said it was because we were on the top floor and there was nothing they could do. This time we were on floor 4. I thought it wasn't worth my time to argue with them this time. So I will never stay again!

Liked: Two nice employees and the location.
Disliked: Didn't like that I was never able to use my Tesla discount. That both room's for my daughter and grandchild smelled like sewer and ac did not work. My room wasn't fully cleaned bc when we came in someone else's eaten food and drink were in the fridge and crushed chips on the floor. There was also tiny roaches in our bathroom the first day. One of the hotel ladies got an attitude with my daughter of drink tickets bc we were given 9 for Wednesday instead of some for Wed and some for Friday. The hotel looks a lot better online vs in person, not worth the $

Disliked: The fact that I didn't get the room with the balcony is upsetting. I booked a room with a balcony and had to grab another room because they gave it away
