Disliked: Bed was terrible hard as a rock. Pillows were flat and the size of a small throw pillow on a king size bed. No hairdryer in the room. Had to go down to the front desk 2 times to get one. Not sent to room as stated the first time. The phone did not work in the room so I could not call for the hairdryer. Breakfast food was not good either. Very disappointing stay!

Liked: The location to the highway was ideal for my needs.
Disliked: Parking is a third-party vendor. The hotel does not have its own parking. You have to pay 20 dollars per day if you intend to park at the hotel. Had I known this, I would have stayed somewhere else.Room service was terrible. Many times I was out of the room for 8 to 10 hours and room service would never come to clean. A few times I called the front desk to send someone and the ladies had an attitude as though I ruined their evening.The restaurant in the hotel has horrible service. I had to go and get the menu myself and then remind the hostess where I was sitting so she could take our order. We asked for ketchup and hot sauce during our meal and it never came nor did anyone come check on us. When I was ready to pay the bill, again... no one came to my table so I ended up walking to the bar with my receipt and placed cash on the bar and walked away.

It was good except for...

Disliked: I didn’t like I had to pay to park while staying at the hotel/ motel

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and the location was close to everything we needed
Disliked: The pool was broken during our stay, the floors were not cleaned there was a qtip in the hallway the entire weekend. There were mouse droppings in the windows of our room 327 and at one point we heard scratching but could not find the mouse then found the droppings in the window.
