Disliked: The sofa sleeper was so uncomfortable. The walls are thin and I can hear everything from the people next door. I always get booked into a room on the higher floor and I don’t like heights. The surrounding neighborhood is very intimidating and I don’t feel safe walking to catch the monorail. Shuttle driver and van smelled like cigarettes and he wasn’t very friendly

Disliked: The front desk person was rude several times. The person out front when parking was the same, rude, smoking and did treat anyone one with any. Care at all. Horrible experience.

Disliked: Please dont go by the pictures on the website, the rooms are like motel. very old and dungy. Sofa are dirty, stinky and dusty. Dont think they have ever changed bedsheets pillows, they were torn and worn out. Towels were worn out too.. There is no kitchenet when it was mentioned on the description. Bathrooms are old and stuffy, no exhaust. Over all pathetic. Such a shame to call it a Hilton property.
