Disliked: We did not have enough towels. I called guest services, and we waited two hours. Finally, my daughter went down to the lobby to get the towels.

Passable

Liked: Spacious one-bedroom king suite. Comfortable bed with good linens. TV has Netflix.
Disliked: Conditioner bottle fell off the shower wall and was placed haphazardly without being fixed. One of the lights in the room didn't turn on, the light was out. There was an exposed power bar right beside the bed, really unsafe for young children. There was a really sticky spot on the carpet that my sock got stuck to. Rooms are clearly old but passable.

Research before booking pay attention...

Liked: The bar area is nice & the hot breakfast is the best around the staff in the kitchen are top notch friendly & stayed on top of keeping it clean & hot food with the crowd!
Disliked: The rooms need to be updated the bathroom was not clean I had to clean it myself we had a pull out couch with no sheets or blanket or pillows. The kids couldn’t get the WiFi to work we called down numerous times & went to the front desk numerous times they never fixed the problem or offered a solution.

Liked: The happy hour was a nice bonus feature and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Liked: Rooms were pretty clean, found a hair in the shower but not everything can be perfect. Complimentary breakfast, nice suite overall. fit three of us comfortably. If you’re needing somewhere to stay for the night, I would suggest it.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was friendly, facility was very clean, breakfast was great with a huge variety
Disliked: Beds were hard, pool water was cloudy
