1-the front desk so welcoming...

Liked: clean room spacious location close to the airport and the premium outlet mall breakfast with a cooked omelette delicious and a lot of continental breakfast items , oatmeal coffee tea milk the breakfast was good, the evening snack and drink we were surprised that an hotel can offer complimentary drinks and snacks. our stay was great

Things of issue were tolerable...

Liked: Conveniently located to places we needed to get to in town.
Disliked: Our rooms A/C stopped working on a separate booking adjacent to this booking, we were told nothing could be done about until the following day. Housekeeping didn’t clean. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed in dealing with the issues. Tv remote for the bedroom tv was missing and replaced the following day(separate booking)
