Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile

The hotel location was perfect for our outings. We really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff as well. Most importantly, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the variety of food options. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Liked: Staff was friendly; rooms were clean; service was excellent!
Disliked: Seating was limited during breakfast and during the cocktail hour.

Liked: I loved the complimentary drinks they offer as a guest and also the breakfast fresh breakfast fresh omelettes fresh pancakes over all I will definitely be staying again the video from my room was also one of my favorites
Disliked: Nothing everything was absolutely perfect I have no complains at all from staff to the hotel itself is just amazing close to navy pier which was a big plus for me so there is nothing that I didn’t like thank you

Disliked: They changed my reservation from a king suite to a 2 double bed suite without telling me and tried to pass it off as an “upgrade”. With just me and one other person 2 double beds is worse than 1 king bed.
