The hotel location was perfect for our outings. We really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff as well. Most importantly, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the variety of food options. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Liked: Staff was friendly; rooms were clean; service was excellent!
Disliked: Seating was limited during breakfast and during the cocktail hour.

I would suggest you repurpose...

Liked: Location and size of room.
Disliked: Breakfast and cocktail surge could be better. Facility needs overhaul. Pool was supposed to be open and wasn’t. Bathroom shower is archaic. Water pipe issues never good. And mattress needs replacement.

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was very well done and very good
Disliked: The pool was out of order our entire stay and we partly booked this hotel for the pool. We did not find out about the pool until after check in. Then we were never told that the water would be turned off from 10pm to 6 am every night we weee there. Our bathroom faucet did not work for hot water. Repairs were maid but during our time we were resting. The staff didn’t remember their key and kept knocking to be let in

Best location, good breakfast, pool...

Liked: You almost have to stay here because of the location by the waterfront and the best that Chicago has to offer.
Disliked: Parking is $61/day because they can get away with it. not easy to find your car or the hotel in the ramp. The pool is closed due to construction. The breakfast is good, but you have to wait in line for some time.
