Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile

The hotel location was perfect for our outings. We really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff as well. Most importantly, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed the variety of food options. Overall, a great stay and we look forward to coming back.

Liked: The location is perfect. Walking distance to Navy Pier, Maggie Daley Park, Millennium Park. The view of Lake Michigan was beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was really good. A lot of options to choose from. The happy hour was great! We also loved getting the treats and sweets tray in the early afternoons.
Disliked: The bed I slept in is showing its age. It was lower and softer on one side, so I had a hard time sleeping.

Just ok place to stay...

Liked: Location decent breakfast air conditioning worked well.
Disliked: Shower is an antique. Plumbing issues pool closed. Mattress issues. Door issues. Needs an update. Not enough evening help for drinks when full. Seats uncomfortable in breakfast area.

Disappointing other than the people...

Liked: Water turned off for 8 hours, pool closed and was not informed, working hammering sawing at night.
Disliked: The ladies who cleared the tables were extra nice warm and friendly. The other staff working the breakfast area( more like mangers) were not friendly one bit!

Liked: Location was great. Breakfast was very well done and very good
Disliked: The pool was out of order our entire stay and we partly booked this hotel for the pool. We did not find out about the pool until after check in. Then we were never told that the water would be turned off from 10pm to 6 am every night we weee there. Our bathroom faucet did not work for hot water. Repairs were maid but during our time we were resting. The staff didn’t remember their key and kept knocking to be let in
