Mo and Delisha customer service...

Liked: The excellent customer service I received from Ms. Delisha and Mr. Mo was amazing. They make you feel so valued as a customer. They are so friendly, patient and personable.
Disliked: The breakfast is always delicious . I love the ambience of the hotel . Rooms always clean . This is our home away from home .

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that it had a walk-in shower and not a tub/shower combination. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed the evening reception they offered.
Disliked: The only complaint I had was having to pay for parking.

Umm, it was ok

Liked: The room and staff were nice
Disliked: The bedding, curtains and things in the room weren't as clean as I'd like. The bathroom was leaking water, also overheard other guests having issues with plumbing when I arrived. Having to pay for parking, 1st hotel I've stayed at that charged you for staying and parking your car

Disgusting roach infested bad customer...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything from the time we got to the property the customer service was absolutely horrible ending in me and my family having to be escorted by law enforcement. Not to mention security likes to walk in on minors while in the shower
