Disliked: The food at their in-house restaurant wasn’t too good. Ordered the fish tacos and the fish was overcooked dry and tough. broccoli.. I received maybe four pieces of broccoli so if you order a side vegetable and it’s not for a child make sure you order two.

I LOVE The Embassy!

Liked: I live in Charlotte, so this was pretty much a "Staycation" of sorts. I was there to attend a church Women's Event which started on Friday with Meet & Greet and Saturday Conference. The room and conference space was wonderful.
Disliked: There was a little mishap with the audio/conference equipment which delayed our conference about 20 minutes or so. Otherwise, everything was superb.

Liked: The property is in a great small town that is really nice. Everything was immaculate. The breakfast was almost as good as Disney…according to my sister-in-love. We would book it again if we were going to be in the area, without question!

Incompetent front desk service.

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The future in the sitting room w uncomfortable. The hallway was very hot and musty smelling. The service at the restaurant was short staffed, and the waiter was running to help everyone the best he could. The lady at check-in was incompetent. I asked to add a night to our stay, and she said ok so you will be checking out Monday instead of Sunday. I said yes that is correct. Sunday afternoon I got a call on my cell asking why my stuff was still in the room because I was supposed to be checked out. I was told that the extra night was not added to my stay. When I showed up to get my stuff from the room my key no longer worked. So I went down to the front desk to get a new key and asked the same lady that check us in what happened to the extra night I asked for. She denied everything and said I did not request an extra night.
