Incompetent front desk service.

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The future in the sitting room w uncomfortable. The hallway was very hot and musty smelling. The service at the restaurant was short staffed, and the waiter was running to help everyone the best he could. The lady at check-in was incompetent. I asked to add a night to our stay, and she said ok so you will be checking out Monday instead of Sunday. I said yes that is correct. Sunday afternoon I got a call on my cell asking why my stuff was still in the room because I was supposed to be checked out. I was told that the extra night was not added to my stay. When I showed up to get my stuff from the room my key no longer worked. So I went down to the front desk to get a new key and asked the same lady that check us in what happened to the extra night I asked for. She denied everything and said I did not request an extra night.

Liked: I liked that there was a five to 7 o’clock evening drink hour where you got two free drinks and they had snacks. I like that the property offered a restaurant. And the breakfast was great.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that someone hit my car in the parking lot and there were no camera cameras where I was at, but for some reason on the opposite side of the parking lot, they said they were cameras. Parking is horrendous and that parking lot. We honestly thought we were gonna have to park on a side street or another hotel.
