Nice but...

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Nice big breakfast buffet of choices (was VERY busy and crowded, tho). Property is huge. It's in a very quiet location, yet near most anything I wanted to see. They had really nice sitting areas outside with a fireplace, but the weather was not good enough to enjoy this.
Disliked: Our ac and/or just the fan would not stay on. I use the fan for noise because there were tons of people there with kids, and unfortunately, our room was right above and facing lobby/bar/pool, and it was very loud. Maintenance came up and said that in order for the fan to run all night, I had to keep ac on 67. The room was way too quiet once everybody left the lobby (except for kids running and yelling up and down our hallway). They had enough cover, but I've stayed in many hotels MUCH cheaper that the regular fan would run all night NO problem without having to leave the ac on. The pillows on the bed are very soft, so if you like them firm like I do, bring your own. There were no luggage carts available due to what seemed like people keeping them on their floors, so toting everything up was a pain. I wanted to enjoy the pool/hot tub/weight room, but there were way too many kids in all 3, and they were extremely loud. You get a complementary drink at certain hours. I don't like wine or beer, so we opted for a mixed drink. My friend from Germany could not drink either because the mixture was not right. The bartender lady put way too much alcohol and very little juice in both drinks. I drank my friends drink, but mine tasted more like straight-up liquor than a mixed drink.

Liked: Roomy, rooms, comfortable beds. Staff excellent, best location. Wonderful breakfast. Nice touch with the manager reception.
