It was just a 2-night...

Liked: The valet was wonderful,could not have done a better job for me. Tall, good looking, wore head band first 2 nights, well spoken, kind and I hate i can't think of his name because I wanted to give him props.
Disliked: Limited hours for room service, unable to make connection with room service during hours.No vending machines on 8th floor, only ice.

We had a great stay...

Liked: The valet parking experience and check in were both super easy and smooth. The free breakfast was awesome. The pool was very nice. The location was perfect because we could easily walk to restaurants and the Bank of America Stadium was not a difficult walk. We brought our dog and everyone was dog friendly. Overall we had a great stay and would happily stay here again.
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated and the foldout sofa had a very flimsy mattress but for kids it worked.

Nice location, good rooms, friendly...

Liked: It's in a nice location and the room we had was large and clean. Staff are very friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom has a lot of free space on the walls which could have been used to hang stuff but there was only one hook in the large bathroom to hang anything. Breakfast queues were really long and could have been planned better (the live eggs station was causing a lot of the delays).
