Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Uptown

Exceptional

We had a great stay...

Liked: The valet parking experience and check in were both super easy and smooth. The free breakfast was awesome. The pool was very nice. The location was perfect because we could easily walk to restaurants and the Bank of America Stadium was not a difficult walk. We brought our dog and everyone was dog friendly. Overall we had a great stay and would happily stay here again.
Disliked: The rooms are a little dated and the foldout sofa had a very flimsy mattress but for kids it worked.

Nice location, good rooms, friendly...

Liked: It's in a nice location and the room we had was large and clean. Staff are very friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom has a lot of free space on the walls which could have been used to hang stuff but there was only one hook in the large bathroom to hang anything. Breakfast queues were really long and could have been planned better (the live eggs station was causing a lot of the delays).

Liked: The team of Valets were amazing.
Disliked: Slightly dated for 500 a night but clean and friendly.

Bad

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The staff was rude and had to change rooms at 1am. Waited for over 30 minutes to get my car. Was handed 2 drinks for the inconvenience of the room change at least that's what I was told but got charged $20. If I had the money I would do everything in my power to shut them down will never go back to Charlotte NC because of them. And on top of all of that the original room was twice the size of the one I got put into.
