Perfect. If your attending a function at the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center - it's right next door. The room was spacious. Great atmosphere.

we never got in ,...

Liked: nothiong .. they lost our reservation ,, so when we tried to check in the the desk clerk told us go eat dinner abnd come back and we would be set ... We did that .. Only to find out 3 hours later they gave our room the the person checking in right before us and then said theyhad no rooms left ....Not like Embassy in Concord ,, stay away from this embassy ,, couldnt help but of felt if I had been black I would have had a room , .probably a bad comment
Disliked: ee above ,, They gave my room to another person aftertelling me to come back afterwe eat dinner , Tried to check in at 5pm came at 8 and they gave a black walk in a room but I still didnt have a room they said they were full,,, and still couldnt find my reservation ... Sorry but true

Liked: Bathroom and room overall was clean. The beds were comfy. The location was in a weird place close to an industrial area. Looked a little sketchy around but it was close to the highway. We were passing through on our back from Savannah and Richmond was out half way point. We went to the museum of fine arts in the morning which was only 8 min away before continuing our trip.
Disliked: We arrived around 11pm. Not sure if two front desk people were passing off shifts but the person helping me was kind of helping me while she was having a full on conversation with her coworker as if I was not there. She barely spoke to me, took a long time and there was a line behind me by the time I was checked in. The whole hotel is kind of dated. The bathroom was clean a it looked like it was somewhat updated. The breakfast was meh. Eggs were fake tasting. There was no fruit left other than bananas.

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a good selection
Disliked: When we booked, we requested a King size room with disability access. We called the hotel directly at noon on the arrival day to confirm our request and were told that there would not be a problem.When we checked in we were told that yes, it was an acessible room, and when we got to the room, this was not the case. We returned to the counter, which was not a simple case because of all the construction on the main level. We were told that.."OH....all of our rooms were not yet ready. "This was 7pm at night...we had already waited an hour, and we were told that an accessible room might be ready in another hour. It is not my intention to throw blame on the desk clerk; she was doing her best while telling other clients the same unfortunate news about their rooms. We were very upset by the situation we had in this particular property.
