Embassy Suites By Hilton Buffalo

The hotel is beautiful; friendly staff and huge rooms! I will definitely be booking with Embassy Suites again.

The room was spacious clean and the service was top notch. This hotel was excellent - we will be coming back again, for sure!

Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.

We always stay here and have never had a bad experience in the 5-6 times we have. Great location and beautiful rooms.

Liked: The room size and layout, breakfast with omelet bar was good, the staff were very friendly and smiling. Great overall experience.
Disliked: Only downside, is that we asked for towels twice and the never came, so we had to go down and get pool towels.

Liked: The property felt safe and the room was very comfortable - from a good quality shower, to a relaxing bed, to widely adjustable lighting and temperatures in the room. Also, the staff were wonderful and the on-site breakfast came with many options! The hotel is within walking distance of several good restaurants as well.
Disliked: I wasn’t aware that the only available parking was valet parking rather than free on-site parking. There were no trash bags in the trash cans in our room, and there is no fan in the bathroom.

Disliked: Customer service was terrible. Front desk lady had an attitude and rolled her eyes every time we had a question. Rooms didn’t get clean even though we called and requested for the bed to be made. The overall cleanliness was poor.

Liked: The hotel was great, clean, excellent breakfast. Most of the staff we dealt with were unfriendly, no smiles, not very welcoming, with the exception of Jack (I think) at the front desk, he was awesome.
