The hotel is beautiful; friendly staff and huge rooms! I will definitely be booking with Embassy Suites again.

The room was spacious clean and the service was top notch. This hotel was excellent - we will be coming back again, for sure!

Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.

Conveniently located but awful costumer...

Liked: It was conveniently located and the rooms were spacious.
Disliked: Customer service was terrible. Front desk lady had an attitude and rolled her eyes every time we had a question. Rooms didn’t get clean even though we called and requested for the bed to be made. The overall cleanliness was poor.

Liked: The hotel was great, clean, excellent breakfast. Most of the staff we dealt with were unfriendly, no smiles, not very welcoming, with the exception of Jack (I think) at the front desk, he was awesome.

Liked: My Stay at the Hilton – A Mixed Experience with Outstanding Service from TashaI recently stayed at the Hilton and overall had a pleasant experience, especially thanks to the amazing breakfast offerings which were truly special and delicious. The variety and quality of the breakfast made each morning a delightful start to my day.A special thanks and heartfelt appreciation goes to Tasha at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful, kind, sweet, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Her warm attitude and professionalism really made a positive difference, and I am grateful for her exceptional service.However, I did encounter some challenges during my stay. The night shift staff on the 24th of May was unfortunately quite rude and careless. I had food delivered to my room twice on consecutive nights, but both times, when I went downstairs, the food was not there. When I inquired, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and the staff member on shift simply said, "It's not her problem." It was disappointing to experience such rudeness, especially over two nights in a row.Additionally, my room had a leaking fridge and a persistent bad odor that lasted for two nights. Despite requesting a replacement, the issue was only addressed after I personally went downstairs and insisted on being moved. It was quite frustrating, especially since there was no assistance available to help with luggage or facilitate a smooth move.While there were some ups and downs, I want to emphasize that Tasha's exceptional service truly stood out and made my stay worthwhile. With some improvements in staff training and room maintenance, I believe the Hilton can offer an even better experience for future guests

Pleasant

Liked: Spacious and comfortable room also the breakfast fast was good. The chef was so nice - definitely the highlight of the morning!
Disliked: This facility is outdated and needs renovation. The pool was a big letdown. poorly maintained and was way cold.

Disappointing given what Hilton charged...

Liked: Room was adequate. Staff in Breakfast Room was very nice and helpful. Valets were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Hallways outside room were dirty, unvacuumed and several bags of garbage left outside room down the hall went uncollected for our entire 3 day visit; notwithstanding 4 different requests to the front desk to have the hallways cleaned. The front desk staff promised each time to get this done, but never came thru. In addition, we were charged for "4" Overnight Parking even though we only stayed 3 nights (this was eventually corrected and a refund issued)
