Embassy Suites By Hilton Buffalo

The hotel is beautiful; friendly staff and huge rooms! I will definitely be booking with Embassy Suites again.

The room was spacious clean and the service was top notch. This hotel was excellent - we will be coming back again, for sure!

Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.

Disliked: Buffalo weather. Not a thing negative about the hotel.

We always stay here and have never had a bad experience in the 5-6 times we have. Great location and beautiful rooms.

Liked: They gave our group of 5 people 2 tickets for each one of us. They were available to be used in the bar between 5-7 if I recall correctly but it was a nice surprise…Everyone was really nice, great breakfast!

Disliked: Weather and furniture in room needs to be replaced. The table wobbled so it could fall apart at anytime. Sofa bed needs serious cleaning..please!

Liked: The Breakfast was awesome!!! I truly loved the omelet station especially the jalapeno popper omelet it was delicious the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Valet was just as professional and bought our car around quickly. I really loved the view in our room as well as the lounge room in the hallway. You were able to see the skyline and all of downtown buffalo at night. The rooms were very clean and smelled really good. I also loved that the water was filtered and really enjoyed the air purification system in the room. The Restuarant was a 10/10 I ordered an old fashion cocktail, it was chefs kiss, the salmon entree was amazing, and the brussels sprouts were so good. Needless to say, we had an amazing stay.

Liked: Loved the spacious room and large bathroom! The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was convenient for dinner and great food. The pool was nice and all areas were kept very clean! Will be staying here next year for our annual dance convention.

Liked: Well kept and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and personable. They were allaccommodating, even at dinner timeon a friday night, they squeezed our family in at the restaurant. Restaurant food with pretty good too!
Disliked: Location/ parking instructions were a bit confusing since i didn’t know the area. It ended up being valet parking only which kind of bugged me at first but i ended up appreciating after going out to our event.
