Extraordinarily pleasant stay. I had a large suite on the top floor with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The staff, from the limousine driver to the Assistant Manager, was extremely competent, efficient and friendly. The hospitality hour and complimentary cooked to order breakfast was a welcomed change from the microwaved, pre-packaged fare found in other chain hotels. I had dinner in the dining room and the meal was 5 Star. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites Buffalo.
Liked: Great hotel; excellent staff - friendly and extremely helpful. Food and service first rate.
Disliked: Buffalo weather. Not a thing negative about the hotel.

Disliked: I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton, in Buffalo – New York, where I stayed with my wife this past weekend.We arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM after a long drive, and upon entering our room, we were shocked to find it in an unacceptable and clearly unsanitary condition, completely inconsistent with the standards expected from a four-star hotel.The issues we encountered included:• Used and dirty bed linens, with hair spread across the bed;• Unwashed glasses, with visible lipstick marks;• A filthy bathroom, with dirt and dust on the floor and inside drawers, hair, and even a dead insect (spider);• A dirty bathtub, full of hair;• Dusty furniture, clearly not cleaned for days.When we reported the situation to the front desk, we were told the hotel was fully booked and that no alternative room was available, which we found unacceptable given the severity of the issue. The front desk staff member, Jack, was the only employee who showed genuine concern and offered some help by bringing us clean sheets so we could replace the bedding ourselves and clean part of the room just to be able to sleep.he following day, we spoke with the hotel manager, Ms. Tosha W., and explained the situation. We showed her photos and asked her to visit the room to see it for herself. She refused to do so and simply said she would send housekeeping. When we returned from our day out, nothing had changed — only the bed had been made and towels replaced. The dirt, hair, and even the dead spider were still there. The dirty glasses hadn't been replaced either.We contacted the front desk again, and once more, Jack asked the night housekeeping supervisor to inspect the room. She came up, acknowledged the condition, and said she would write a report. Still, no cleaning was performed.
