At least it wasn't expensive

Liked: It was clean. The TV had nice features like Netflix.
Disliked: No fan in the bathroom. Teenager volleyball tourney players were extremely loud in the courtyard late at night. Children screaming while running down the hall at 3am. I had to shut off the heat it my room because it was clanging loudly. Accessing the hotel by road from the highway was confusing. The coffee maker was cheap and leaked all over the counter. The sleeper sofa was atrocious. The elevators took forever so we used the stairs.

Beautiful place to stay

Liked: Location was great , room was beautiful and big

Nice bed, but not much...

Liked: The Bed was amazingly comfortable and the large room, divided into two rooms with two televisions, was nice. My omelet was very tasty.
Disliked: It was expensive for what it was. In addition to the room price, you also have to pay extra to park (not a downtown city garage, but their own property parking lot.) Wifi also cost extra, so I went without. The hot tub in the pictures was removed a few years ago, so no hot soak after the long drive. The breakfast did not start until 7am, so we ended up running a little late for our day's events. I think that is pretty late to start a breakfast. It was also extremely crowded in the breakfast area and hard to move around. Long line for an omelet, which is nice for free, but adds to the amount of time you are there having a late breakfast.

Liked: The room was spacious & clean
Disliked: The “restaurant.” I waited over an hour for a terrible steak. I had to go looking for someone to bring out my food, which I had ordered med well, & then got this fatty piece of meat, that was more like med rare but I had already waited so long.

Quiet room, hotel needs some...

Liked: Easy check in, clean room. Very quiet and safe, I like that the bedroom door can be closed to eliminate any exterior noises. Nice, efficient check in
Disliked: My 3rd floor room reeked of chlorine. Couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from. The hallway outside of my room did not smell like chlorine, nor was there a pool near my room. The smell was overpowering and unpleasant. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I was fully unpacked. I was exhausted after an 8 hour drive so didn’t bother to request a new room, but I should have, as the smell gave me a bad headache. It seemed to be coming from the air vents, every time the heat started to flow, it smelled like I was sitting at an indoor pool that had been highly chlorinatedThe rooms was dated. Old paint/furnishing, the window in the bedroom was incredibly filthy and there was no option to open the window to get some outside fresh air to cut through the horrible chlorine smell. the mini fridge was not cold. The shower body gel pump installed in the bathroom is a fabulous idea to help with soap waste, but it was completely empty.. this shows that the housekeeping staff isn’t paying attention to the needs of the room. The table in the living room area is rickety. The temp in the bedroom was much colder than what the thermostat was set on, and what the temp was in the living room space. Again.. an older building which needs some upgrades to make the room more modern and comfortable The free breakfast is a nice touch, but hot food selections were unappetizing and limited if you don’t like eggs/omelettes and sausage. the only uncut fruit was a bowl full of oranges that looked past their prime. No bananas or apples.. I picked up a small container of peanut butter to spread on a piece of bread but had to spit it out b/c the peanut butter was rancid. The coffee tasted like someone brewed it in old sweat socks. I’d rather pay less and not have this kind of “free” breakfast included.
